The Owner will receive bids for the interior renovation of the council chambers, police & fire dormitory and locker room areas. The Work will include: Select demolition, drywall and acoustic, doors and hardware, custom casework, countertops, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, audio/visual and fire suppression.
