Messenger Public Library EPDM Reroofing
The Owner will receive bids for the replacement of existing ballasted EPDM roofing systems . The Work will include: removal of existing ballast and membrane; preservation of existing roofing insulation, providing an additional layer of roofing insulation, new membrane and flashings, new ballast and re-use of concrete walkway pavers .
