The Owner will receive bids for the construction of replacement of a hot water boiler and PTAC units . The Work will include: mechanical and electrical. The Owner will be applying for a Utility Energy Rebate. Energy Efficiency Measures associated with this project require installing contractor/s to be certified with Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) as a Certified Energy Efficiency Measures Installer.
